We realise not everyone prefers to order online, our shopping cart facility is secure but for the traditionalist, the other options available are:
Order by Post: Download the order form by clicking on the icon below, print of a copy of the order form then return to the home page, browse the various sections and fill in your form as you locate the products you require or alternatively you can use a plain sheet of paper remembering to include any colour options and order code. .
Please include a contact number and payment whether by Cheque or debit / credit card. We need a contact number incase there are any delivery problems ie: products out of stock or for instance you live in a rural area and the courier needs directions.
Switch and Maestro cards require a start date and or issue number. Without this we are unable to process your order. Please remember the minimum order value is £5.00.
Cheques should be made payable to:Phoenix Labelling and sent to the address at the bottom of the screen.
Order by Fax or e-mail: To order by fax or e-mail, as above, you can either download the order form and fax with all required details or e-mail the information to phoenixlabelling@btconnect.com. placing “purchase order” in the subject line.
Order by Phone: We are happy to take orders over the phone, we can be contacted Monday to Friday between 9.30am and 5.30pm. During our busy periods the phone may not always be manned so please leave a message and or contact number clearly and we will call you back as soon as possible.
Delivery: We aim to deliver all goods within three working days from date of order. If you have not received the goods within this time please contact us on 01206 257493. Depending on the weight and size of goods, they will be delivered either by first class royal mail or courier. If you have any special instructions for receiving the goods ie “leave with neighbour, please ensure this is mentioned in your order details.
Any orders placed on a Friday after 2pm or over a bank holiday period will not be dispatched until the following Monday or next working day.
We accept the following card types: Switch, Visa, Maestro, Mastercard and Paypal. If you require any further information or you are looking for a particular item we do not have listed or indeed wish to source please call 01206 257493 between 9.30 to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday.
