Customer Confidentiality: Phoenix Mail Order agrees to keep all personal information / customer details strictly confidential and will never knowingly pass any customer related details on to any third party.
Minimum Order Value: A minimum order value of £5.00 applies to purchase of goods via this site. Goods will not be sent unless the correct value is met. The customer will then be contacted and offered either a full refund or the option to make the order up to the correct value.
Purchasing: Products may be purchased by way of post, fax, e-mail or telephone. An order form may be downloaded clicking on the shopping trolley link on the “mail order” Page.
Payment: Currently payment can be made by way of the following methods: Cheque / Postal Order / Debit / Credit Card / Paypal ( Accepted card Types - Visa / Mastercard / Switch ) Please Note: Please ensure for payment by Switch a start date and or issue number is required for processing.
Delivery: Currently delivery for all products ordered via this site is free of charge for customers within the UK. We endeavor to deliver goods ordered via this site within 5 working days. Customers should ensure a contact phone number or e-mail address is given at the time of purchase so we can contact you in the event of any possible delays. If at the time of purchase a product is unavailable from stock, the main body of goods will be sent and the balance to follow. For this reason we require a contact number in case we need to get in touch. If an item has been discontinued before amendment of the site listing a suitable alternative of the same value and purpose will be sent as replacement.
Anyone wishing to place an order from outside the UK including Southern Ireland, Channels Islands and Europe should contact Phoenix Labelling by phone or e-mail so the shipping cost can be calculated. The order will be taken manually. No goods will be sent if the minimum order value or correct shipping cost is administered.
Returns:If you are not satisfied with any purchase from Phoenix Mail Order, after contacting and on agreement only by Phoenix Mail Order you may return any products back to us within 7 working days of receipt providing that the product is in a resell able condition, this means that the product is not damaged, has not been used in any way and that the product is complete with the original pristine condition packing. For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. All products are checked for condition prior to dispatch.
